After You Are Accredited

Why ScriptSafe approvals move faster.

ScriptSafe monitors every accredited pharmacy nightly for the full 12 month term. That ongoing verification is what lets processors approve ScriptSafe pharmacies faster and keep that quick turnaround open.

Faster approval, by design

Because ScriptSafe keeps verifying every accredited pharmacy, processors can trust the accreditation and move you through underwriting faster.

Processors keep backing the quick turnaround

Ongoing monitoring is what makes processors comfortable approving ScriptSafe pharmacies quickly, and keeping that lane open over time.

Common Questions

The things pharmacies ask first

Do I need new licenses?

No. ScriptSafe is built on the licenses and approvals you already hold. There is nothing new to obtain.

Can you handle many state licenses?

Yes. Many pharmacies hold 40 or more. Upload them once and we process every one.

How long is accreditation valid?

Each accreditation is valid for 12 months, with monitoring throughout the term and a guided renewal before it expires.

Why does monitoring matter to me?

It is what lets processors approve ScriptSafe pharmacies quickly and keep supporting that fast turnaround, because your standing is verified on an ongoing basis.

What Happens Next

Once accredited, does your merchant processing application start all over?

No. We have that handled.

Accreditation and payment processing have always been two separate applications, each demanding the same documents. ScriptSafe Concierge closes the gap: we hand your completed package straight to the processor's underwriting team or your rep, so you never assemble it twice.
