Pricing FAQ
Do APC members get a discount?
Yes. APC Pharmacy Facility Members receive a reduced accreditation rate of $1,290. Renewals are 15 percent off the standard rate.
Is monitoring included in the accreditation fee?
Yes. Nightly monitoring is included for the first year of accreditation. Annual renewal includes continued monitoring.
How does ScriptSafe compare to other accreditation programs?
Most traditional accreditation programs cost $3,000 to $5,000 and take 60 to 90 days. ScriptSafe typically costs significantly less and completes in 7 to 10 days.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price shown is the full accreditation fee, and it covers all 152 compliance checks, the certificate, the processor compliance package, and Year 1 monitoring. The one thing to know up front: $800 of the fee is non-refundable. If we decline your pharmacy after review, we keep $800 for the compliance work performed and refund the rest. Remediation support is included at no additional charge.
What if my application is declined?
Your accreditation fee is paid up front, and our compliance team reviews your pharmacy whether or not it passes. If we decline you, $800 is non-refundable because that review work was already done; the remainder of your fee is refunded. We give you specific, actionable feedback on what needs to change, and many pharmacies resolve the issue and reapply successfully. Declines based on disqualifying history, such as DEA action or prior fraud, are not eligible to reapply.
